As with our wine and spirit suppliers, we work with small, family Kura from around the entire country of Japan, including the most important sake-producing regions. Our sakes are pure, with just the simplest ingredients; you could call these minimal intervention, small batch sakes. They belong on any table and beautifully coexist with a wide range of dishes.
