Nebbiolo – Sangiovese
A blend of nebbiolo and sangiovese. The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and crushed. Cold maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled average temperature of 15 to 22 °C for 20 to 25 days. The wine is then aged in French and American oak barrels for 10 months.

About the Producer
Tres Raíces is located in the heart of the Bajio, in the state of Guanajuato. The project was initiated in 2012; the first vines were planted - there are currently 60 hectares, and four years later the construction of the main building began. The winery opened its doors to the public in October 2018.
