A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Syrah and 25% Tempranillo, this is a bright wine with notes of plum and raspberry, soft tannins and a balanced acidity.
The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and crushed. Cold maceration and separate fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled average temperature of 18 to 21 °C for 20 to 25 days. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 5 months, the varieties are blended together, and it rests in the cellar 5 months before release.

About the Producer
Tres Raíces is located in the heart of the Bajio, in the state of Guanajuato. The project was initiated in 2012; the first vines were planted - there are currently 60 hectares, and four years later the construction of the main building began. The winery opened its doors to the public in October 2018.
