Hudson Rock Cabernet is sourced from the area of Lodi, California. The fruit for this vintage comes from Bear Creek winery.
This plush ripe Cabernet is full of red fruits, red plum, and dark cherry. The secondary flavors of brown spice and licorice root fill in nicely behind the fruit characteristics. Meant to be enjoyed young while it is fresh and vibrant, it is aged for 4 to 6 months in blend of new and used French and American oak barrels. 13.6% Alcohol.
