Vinícola Parvada was born when its five founding partners recognized that Parras de la Fuente, Mexico, was the perfect place to develop the project they had been dreaming of. With a long history in real estate development and passion for the world of wine, they wanted to create a modern winery surrounded by vineyards and walnut trees, where they could make and show their own wines. Vinícola Parvada was born in 2017. It has since become one of the most important projects on the national scene. Winemaker Lucía García Alonsos contributed to creating unique wines that speak of the terroir they were born in.
Parvada is located in the town of Parras de la Fuente, in the state of Coahuila de Zaragoza, the oldest wine region in America. It now includes over 20 hectares of estate vineyards in full growth, a restaurant and soon a boutique hotel.
