Old vines Gamay blended with ancient Jurassic varieties from granite soils. Vinified in tronconic cuves, carbonic maceration à l’ancienne for 3 weeks, indigenous yeasts vinified naturally without filtering or fining nor any addition of sulfur, elevage for 10 months.
