100% Chardonnay from young vines planted in Valle de Guadalupe. The vines are grown on sandy soils, and harvested mid-August. Fermented in 50% lightly toasted new French oak barrels and 50% inox tanks. Partial malolactic fermentation. Aromas of ripe apple, pineapple and sweet orange, with some spicy notes and minerality on the palate. 500 cases produced.

About the Producer
Viña del Sol, who produces Santos Brujos, is a boutique winery founded by Sergio Salgado Vidal in 2006. Winemaker Luis Peciña Garcia joined in 2014, moving from Rioja, Spain to Mexico. Total production is around 1,500 cases.
