100% Chardonnay from 60 year old vines – lias marl soil. Vinified as a red wine. Aged in 10 hl amphoras (from Italy) for 30 months. Slightly oxidative. Indigenous yeasts, no sulfur added, unfined and unfiltered. 2012 was the first vintage, created as an experiment.
