Aldo Cesar Palafox founded the estate in 1997, in Valle de la Grulla, 40 kilometers south of the town of Ensenada. What was at first 5 hectares of Syrah now extends over 40 hectares planted with Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Syrah, Tempranillo and Chardonnay. Only estate grapes are used.
