Charles and Edouard Daucourt

Jean-Marc Daucourt was born into a family of cognac distillers in Angoulême, France. He inherited a passion for the art of distillation, and four generations of experience. The son of an Irish mother and a French father, he honed his craft as a young man in a famous distillery in Scotland. After years of producing great Cognac, he partnered with his brother Edouard and his nephew Charles to branch out and create a unique whiskey, using the gooseneck pot stills of the family distillery, traditional to the Charente region.
