A blend of grenache and caladoc – a cross of grenache and malbec created in 1958 by Paul Truel, at the INRA in France. The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, cold-pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled average temperature of 15°C for 15 days. The wine is then aged in French and American oak barrels for 10 months.

A fruity and refreshing rosé with aromas of grapefruit, raspberry, and some floral notes.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Tres Raíces

Tres Raíces is located in the heart of the Bajio, in the state of Guanajuato. The project was initiated in 2012; the first vines were planted – there are currently 60 hectares, and four years later the construction of the main building began. The winery opened its doors to the public in October 2018.
