Fresh notes of pear, apple, and candied plum. The palate features a creamy texture with a light, balanced sweetness and flavors of underripe peach, Greek yogurt, and cedar. While Nigori is often sweet, Big Mountain is drier than most, making it one of the most elegant Nigori Bottlings. It is best chilled, and should be gently shaken to reintegrate the rice sediment before pouring. Wine fans who enjoy the softness of an Alsace Pinot Blanc or beer fans who enjoy the texture of a Belgian Witbier will love this sake.
