ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Moderato
In 2020, Sébastien and Fabien, in true French fashion, plotted a REVOLUTION: they dreamed of making a wine that was not only good, but also without alcohol. Moderato was born. To achieve the perfect wine, they picked great winemakers, great terroirs and the best distillation method. Their motto: all palates are born and remain equal, alcohol or not! Everyone should be free to enjoy a great beverage for lunch, dinner, alone, with friends, even – without alcohol – when driving or watching kids! “Liberté, Egalité…Sobriété”… that’s a revolution!
