Sanchez Le Guedard’s “Mes 3 Terroirs” Champagne is a special cuvée made with 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay. The blend is composed of Pinot Noir and Meunier vinified in stainless steel tanks and Chardonnay vinified in Burgundy demi-muids. Grapes come from three different terroirs, bringing complexity to the cuvée.
Malolactic fermentation adds roundness and complexity, and the champagne ages on lees for 3 years. Manual riddling is carried out, and a dosage of 6g/L is added at disgorgement. This champagne showcases the winemaker’s expertise and promises an unforgettable tasting experience.
