This cuvée, reflecting the magnificent Cerseuil terroir, is 70% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay.
It is the result of a collaboration amongst several winemakers.
5 g/L dosage and disgorged using a Meunier liqueur based on a perpetual blend started in 2014. Fresh, crisp, and easy to love.
Poppies are a symbol of freedom, rebirth, and resilience. In antiquity, they were also associated with Demeter, the goddess of fertility. They are present in the vineyards and their meaning is of particular importance to Emmanuelle.
