About the Producer

Created in 2005, the winery stands out for its sleek and unique design, courtesy of architect Alejandro D’Acosta and his wife Claudia Turrent. They used reclaimed materials, from discarded boats to old lenses from a local eyeglass factory. It is located in the heart of Guadalupe Valley, surrounded by imposing mountains. The region is blessed with a soil rich in minerals, and a perfect microclimate; the sea breeze protects the vineyard from the cold, creating the ideal environment for grape development. Phil and Eileen Gregory aim to produce elegant wines from the high quality grapes they purchase, and the ones grown in their own organic vineyard. Vena Cava is the main vein that reaches the heart. For winemaker Phil Gregory, wine is essential; it is both a passion and something to be shared with the people close to you.
