In 2020, two wine-loving friends joined together to find a way to enjoy wine more often, without the consequences. They fell on that old French reflex of starting a Revolution; their mission: make an alcohol-free wine for wine lovers. Moderato was born. Fabien is an expert in developing innovative beverages and Sébastien comes from a family of winegrowers and distillers in Cognac.
Sébastien and Fabien realized that they would have to control every aspect of the process in order to achieve the quality they wanted: from the organic grape growing to the winemaking, the dealcoholizing, and the bottling. To achieve the perfect wine, they picked great winemakers, great terroirs and the best distillation method. A grape to glass alcohol-free wine is revolutionary, and the results speak for themselves.
