|Emilien Colin started selling wine in 1900. From 6 hectares of vines, the domaine grew to the current 25 hectares: 9 ha of Pineau d’Aunis, 8 ha of Chenin Blanc, 2.5 ha of Pinot Noir, 2 ha of Cabernet Franc, 2 ha of Gamay and 1.5 ha of Chardonnay. Emilien Colin started selling wine in 1900. Today, 8th generation Patrice Colin runs the estate with his wife Valérie, who oversees accounting. Patrice takes care of all operations from vineyard work to vinification and bottling, helped by one full time employee and some seasonal ones. His son-in-law Florian is in charge of sales and shipping.|
Farming practices: certified organic. The wines are vegan.

|Côteaux du Vendômois Blanc - Pierre à Feu|
|100% Chenin Blanc, from 20 to 30 year old vines, grown on schist soil. The grapes are harvested mid-October. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for 5 months. This dry white is both fruity and mineral, with great freshness on the palate. 833 cases produced. 13% alcohol. |
|Côteaux du Vendômois Rouge - Pierre François|
|This cuvée is a blend of 60% Pineau d’Aunis, 30% Pinot Noir and 10% Cabernet Franc, from vines that average 25 year old. The grapes are harvested at the beginning of October. Fermented and aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Aromas of red fruits and spices. Silky on the palate, with good structure and balance. 12.3% alcohol. 833 cases produced. |
