| From a beautiful valley smack on the border with Trentino. Valdadige Terradeiforti DOC is obtained using either red or white grapes. Red wines are produced from two native grape varieties, Enantio and Casetta, and they have great personality, while white wines are made with two international classics, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay, both have been grown in this region for the past fifty years. All the grape varieties have adapted so well to the microclimate there that they can safely be considered part of the continuing local wine heritage. |

| Valdadige Terra dei Forti Enantio |
Enantio is a local grape with ancient origins found growing wild in the surrounding forests.
The grapes are picked at a level of slight super-maturation and left on the skins for an extended period. The wine is left to develop in barrels for 15 to 18 months before bottling. The wine is dark and complex with wild berry flavors and a noted spiciness. It is a perfect accompaniment to hard cheeses and red meat dishes.
