
| This brilliant new domain began estate-bottling with the 2003 vintage. Nadia and Pascal Fayolle are the third generation to manage their 20 hectare property.
Hermitage is an AOC covering 130 hectares and is located on the only hill overlooking the town of Tain l’Hermitage, on the left bank of the Rhône river, in the Drôme region. Crozes-Hermitage is an AOC that covers 1,200 hectares stretching across the 11 villages that form the “canton” of Tain l’Hermitage. |

| Wine produced from 95% Marsanne and 5% Roussanne grown in the vineyards on the south-southwest facing slopes in Gervans and Larnage, north of Tain l’Hermitage. The soil is composed of loam (kaolin) and loess.
Yellow color with green glints and lovely brilliance. Expressive in the nose, with fruity aromas and a dominant white peach note. In the mouth, it is supple, slightly nervous with good length. A lovely fresh and complete wine, peaking within 2 years. Ideal with appetizers, and to accompany mixed salads, sweet&sour dishes, grilled fish and hot goat’s cheese on a bed of lettuce. Also goes well with fish loaves. |

| Wine made from 100% Syrah grown in vineyards that lie at the foot of the south-west facing hills, in Gervans, north of Tain l'Hermitage.
Deep colored wine with purplish glints. Expressive nose with aromas of red fruit, and a delicate woody note. In the mouth, it is smooth, well structured, tannic and fruity with a liquorice finish. Goes well with red meat (fillet steak), dishes with rich sauces (beef casserole) and cheese. |

| Made from 100% Syrah, this wine comes from the different lots on the hillsides of L’Hermitage which are located in the areas of La Baume and La Pierrelle. They are south-facing.
Dark wine with a lovely brilliance and with violet glints. Intense nose to fruity ripe aromas with some woody and toasted notes. In mouth it is rich, fleshy and well-structured with smelted tannins and a good length. Good match for small game (roasted or jugged), red meat and cheese. |
