| THESSALY
TSILILI winery is located in the village of Raxa, prefecture of Trikala. The main pursuit of the company, as of its founding in the year 1989, has always been to make the most authentic Greek spirit, Tsipouro, known to the world. Today Tsilili, after 15 years of hard work, has achieved the highest quality. For the Tsilili Tsipouro they choose grapes from Thessalian varieties, and as for the production of single-variety grape distillations, they distill grapes from the company’s estate vineyards situated on the mountainous slopes north-west of Thessalia. The composition of the local soil as well as the microclimate, allow the following varieties to adapt ideally in the area: Xinomavro, Muscat Hambourg’s, Malagouzia, Asyrtico, Limniona, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Syrah and Merlot. |
| Askitikos |
Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine matures for 8 months in French oak barrels and rests for one year in bottle.

| Tsipouro |
This is considered the finest spirit of Greece, made from 60% Cabernet and 40% Merlot.
