Cold Brook White
Salmon Run Cold Brook White is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Riesling. This off-dry wine is very appealing with its fruity intensity, moderate acidity and smooth finish. With luscious aromas of figs, plum and melon, this Cold Brook White makes an ideal everyday white wine.

Cold Brook White has a creamy texture and a lingering finish. Pair this wine with seafood, poultry and lighter fare.

Coho Red
Salmon Run Coho Red is exquisitely balanced to present an easy to drink, slightly fruity off-dry taste. Very popular, this vibrantly refreshing red wine is skillfully blended by the winemakers to produce a proprietary blend from classic vinifera grapes. Flavors of raspberries and cherries are wrapped in a soft full-bodied style making this an ideal everyday wine.

Riesling
This Riesling displays all the characteristics that have made the reputation of the Finger Lakes Riesling: mineral character, steely acidic backbone, floral elements and pear/apple notes.

Chardonnay
The floral and fruity bouquets of this wine, with mineral and toasty elements, are in harmony with this style of Chardonnay. The aromas of white peach, quince and melon on the nose give way to a supple texture with good fruit concentration, vibrant acidity and a clean finish. This Chardonnay exemplifies the food friendly style with good acidity, integrated and not overwhelming oak, moderate alcohol and a wine not dominated by the malolactic character.

Pinot Noir
Reflecting both its origins and vintages, this wine shows very good Pinot Noir character with vibrant raspberry and cherry fruit, soft tannins, lively acidity and a long, clean finish. A very versatile wine, this Pinot Noir can both be paired with duck breast and other game dishes and with more delicate fish or poultry dishes. This wine has repeatedly shown particular high levels of resveratrol with all of the associated health benefits.

Petit Noir
This new Salmon Run Petit Noir has been hand crafted in a light bodied fruity style. The lovely aromas of cherries, plums, cloves and spices compliment the soft bodied weight of a wine that's easily consumed on an everyday basis.

Meritage
This classic blend of red Bordeaux varieties – Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot – extends the range of the Salmon Run into carefully crafted, age-worthy red wines. Barrel aged in mostly French oak barrels for a year, this blend offers both uncommon complexity and value. With its exquisite balance, soft tannins and smooth finish, this wine is certain to appeal to even discerning wine lovers. Composition: 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Cabernet Franc, 54% Merlot.

What is a Meritage?

A red Meritage is made from a blend of two or more of the following varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot, St. Macaire, Gros Verdot, and Carmenere.

"Meritage," pronounced like "heritage," was selected from more than 6,000 entries in an international contest to name the new wine category. Meritage is an invented word that combines "merit" and "heritage" -- reflecting the spirit of members of The Meritage Association.
